Mixed draw for big guns
Manchester United and Arsenal have home draws in the third round of the Carling Cup, while Liverpool and Chelsea have away ties.
The Red Devils host high-flying Championship outfit Coventry while the tie of the round comes at Emirates Stadium as Newcastle tackle the Gunners in north London.
Liverpool face a tricky-looking trip to Reading whilePortsmouth make the long journey to Burnley.
Holders Chelsea have been drawn away to Hull City. Blackburn entertain Birmingham, Bolton tackle Fulham and Middlesbrough travel to Spurs in the remaining all-Premier League ties.
Giantkillers Morecambe will have their work cut out staying in the competition after being drawn away to Sheffield United.
