Coverage of all three games begins at 2pm on Sky Sports 1.
All games kick off at 3pm.
Manchester United midfielder Owen Hargreaves insists he will not buckle under the pressure of the pursuit of a domestic-European Double.
United head into their final game of the season at Wigan locked level on points with Chelsea at the top of the Premier League, but the Old Trafford outfit enjoy a substantial edge on goal difference and a victory at the weekend would secure the title.
The Red Devils are also preparing for a UEFA Champions League final meeting with Chelsea on 21st May, but Hargreaves is confident ahead of a tense finale.
Hargreaves sampled a similar Double success with former club Bayern Munich in 2001 and the England star believes that previous experience will stand him in good stead.
"We won the league in the 93rd minute then four days later we won the Champions League final," Hargreaves said in The Sun.
"We couldn't have left it any longer or made it any more difficult than that. To be in this position with United feels comfortable for me - I've been there before.
"At the beginning of the season, if someone had said we had 90 minutes to win the league we'd have jumped at that. We're in a good position."
And Hargreaves does not expect United - who defeated West Ham last weekend - to struggle at the JJB Stadium, despite Wigan recording an impressive recent victory over Aston Villa.
"We are full of confidence," Hargreaves added. "We were always confident we'd beat West Ham.
"Wigan did themselves a favour by winning at Villa so this game doesn't mean a lot for them, but for us it means everything.
"As long as we play our football we will win. Wigan are a good side, physical with good players up front. If we don't do things properly it could be difficult."
Meanwhile, defender Gary Neville - who has made only one first-team appearance this season due to injury - has told manager Sir Alex Ferguson that he is ready if required.
"It has been a frustrating season for me but that will all be lifted if we win the title and the Champions League," said Neville.
