Premier League rivals United and Chelsea do battle at the Luzhniki Stadium on Wednesday - live on Sky Sports 1 and HD1 - with the duo hankering for European glory.

And Nani, who signed for the Old Trafford club from Sporting Lisbon last summer, is ready to fulfil a boyhood dream by downing The Blues to lift the Champions League trophy.

"The opportunity of playing in a Champions League final is a dream," the Portuguese ace told skysports.com. "I would never have believed this would come true.

Revenge

"Manchester United have a better chance of winning as we have a better squad than Chelsea. The Premier League title demonstrated this.

"We will be looking for revenge after they defeated us at Stamford Bridge. The final will be intense.

"We have reached the final on merit after beating Barcelona in the semi-final. Playing in the final is not enough - we are there to win it."

On his first season at Old Trafford, Nani added: "Personally, I am very happy with my work since I arrived here. I would not have believed that I would have played in so many key matches. It has been a magical experience."
