Obertan featured as a second-half substitute, as United held off Bursaspor 1-0 in the UEFA Champions League.

The Frenchman believes that he can only improve further from here, and that he is just "waiting" for manager Sir Alex Ferguson to pick him.

"I need some games to get the rhythm back but I was happy with my performance," Obertan said.

"The team's performance is more important than mine, but I'm really happy to be back with the first-team squad.

"I am just waiting for more games now. I said to the coach I am ready, so I'm just waiting for him to pick me."
