Chelsea boss Carlo Ancelotti is looking at the long-term future at Stamford Bridge as he already feel part of the Blues family.

Ancelotti has enjoyed an we outstanding start to his Chelsea career, guiding them to the top of the Premier League table and into the knockout stages of the UEFA Champions League.

The former AC Milan chief admits he is loving life in West London.

"My objective is to maintain and keep this position for a long time and I can do this if I do a good job and if the club is happy about the job I'm doing," Ancelotti said.

"Up to now, the club is happy with the job I've done I think.

"I want to continue and improve, if possible. To maintain the club's position at the top of the Premiership and doing well in the Champions League.

"Wenger is one of the best coaches in the world and has done a fantastic job like Sir Alex Ferguson at Manchester United. My objective is to stay here a long time.

"I'm a young head coach. I am an Italian coach. For an Italian coach, it's very difficult to think about staying at one club more than five years.

"I stayed at Milan for eight years and, for an Italian coach, that was a record. In England it's easier to stay at a club for a long time."

Asked what he enjoyed about being in England, Ancelotti added: "I never thought that I train for money. For sure, the club pay for me to train this team, but I'm here because of my passion.

"Football gives me a lot of emotion and I do this job with a lot of enthusiasm. I like the organisation of this club and the atmosphere here.

"I think Chelsea is a like a family. There is a good atmosphere here with the players and all the components within the club.

"The football too in England is totally different to in Italy. In Italy there is pressure, violence for me, that is important."

Wenger

Ancelotti may not have been in England for long, but he is well aware of Arsene Wenger's credentials.

"I know very well Wenger's team. We played against them last year in the Champions League," he said ahead of the SuperSunday clash between the two clubs.

"He went, I think, 20 years ago to study in Milan and I met him in that period. I was a player still back then.

"At that time he was a young coach who was starting to learn about systems and he stayed there one month every day. That he did that shows he is a very professional coach.

"I think that he has a good philosophy. Arsenal did a fantastic job with their players but every team has its philosophy. We have a different philosophy, like Arsenal.

"You have to judge a coach not only on his results. Only one coach wins the Premier League each year, but there are a lot of coaches who work very well at their clubs."

Ancelotti insists Sunday's game will not decide the title or rule the Gunners out of the race.

"It will be a very good test for us," said the Italian.

"I think it will be a fantastic match because both teams want to play football.

"This is not a decisive match for Chelsea or for Arsenal. It's an important match. Arsenal will want to win the game, and Chelsea also, but it's not decisive for the title.

"It would be 11 points if we won, but Arsenal would have a game in hand."
