Juliano Belletti claims Chelsea have blocked a possible move to Brazilian side Flamengo.

Flamengo had expressed a desire to sign the former Barcelona star before the close of the transfer window.

Belletti, who is out of contract in the summer, has admitted he would be interested in a move to his homeland.

However, Chelsea have ruled out the switch with the club still competing for honours on three fronts.

Belletti said on Twitter: "Chelsea FC said that they are not going to release me before the end of my contract, which expires in June 2010."
