On-loan Liverpool striker Andriy Vornin says he hopes that he can stay at Hertha Berlin.

The 29-year-old Ukraine international has been in good form for the German club this season since arriving from Liverpool in the summer.

Voronin struggled to make an impact at Liverpool last season and he admits that he feels very much at home at his new club.

"Hertha and me go well together," Voronin told Bild.

"I have been welcomed by the team and there have been no problems with the coaches or management team.

"The most important thing is what Hertha want. If the club really want me to stay here then I'm sure we'll find a way.

"I have already spoken to Hertha, but I am contracted to Liverpool for two more years and I don't know how much a transfer would cost.

"But I think that if I manage to strike a deal with Hertha, then Liverpool will let me go," he added.
