Bilek: Hopeful of win

Sparta Prague coach Michal Bilek insists his side are capable of knocking Arsenal out of the UEFA Champions League on Wednesday.

Arsenal take a two-goal lead into the second leg of their tie with Sparta, after sealing victory in the Czech capital earlier this month.

However, Bilek insists his side have a real chance of going through.

Under-dogs

"We will not enter the game just as an also-ran," Bilek told Sparta's website.

"It is true that our progression would mean a big shock, nevertheless we will fight for it.

"We have complicated our situation ourselves at home. The chances are low but we want to show a good performance and make the best possible result," Bilek said.

Hope

The Sparta tactician admits he watched Fulham almost beat Arsenal and he takes some hope from that.

"Fulham showed how to play at Emirates," he continued.

"They played an even game with Arsenal. They went into the lead in the first minute and Arsenal turned the score with a big luck at the end."

He also confirmed that former West Ham stalwart Tomas Repka is likely to be fit to take his place in the game.

Repka remains a doubt for the Czech side after picking up a knock from Cesc Fabregas in the first leg.

"Tomas Repka has already been in training and he is feeling okay. We will decide whether to pick him or not after the training on Wednesday," Bilek added.
