Rosicky: Given a free hand
Tomas Rosicky admits it is 'pretty tough' to play the brand of football which has earned Arsenal the plaudits this season.
The Gunners have been easy on the eye in the Premier League and the UEFA Champions League this term, with several players blossoming since the departure of Thierry Henry.
Czech Republic international Rosicky has been at the hub of Arsenal's flowing football and acknowledged Henry's exit has allowed his team-mates to shine.
"It is clear to see that we like to play together, which is visible in the celebrations as well," Rosicky told Sport. "And we all like to play the football we perform.
"On the other hand, I must say it is also pretty tough to play such a style of football. We are constantly moving and circulating.
"Following Henry's departure, players who were known for their big talent - like Adebayor, Van Persie - came out of his shadow as he was the No.1.
"The others now feel a big chance."
Rosicky also believes being friends with Mathieu Flamini, Cesc Fabregas and Alexander Hleb helps Arsenal to reach the heights.
He added: "The attacking phase is all about intuition and improvisation, the coach gives us a free hand over this.
"I can say that I really like to play alongside those lads and I think that, if you asked Cesc, Flamini or Hleb, they would tell you the same.
"We want to keep winning and we all do our best to do so. We meet each other's wishes and we get on very well off the pitch as well, which is a big help to our play."
