Gallas: Title target
Arsenal captain William Gallas expects the Premier League title battle to go right down to the wire.
The Gunners currently lead the league by two points from champions Manchester United with Chelsea a further four adrift.
Gallas expects to return for Saturday's Premier League clash with Birmingham at Emirates Stadium having been rested for the cup clashes with Burnley and Tottenham.
And the France international is confident that his team-mates can maintain their impressive form during the second half of the season.
He said: "The fact we are still top sends a message that we are strong, but we know that Manchester United and also Chelsea are still there also.
"It will be close all season, but we must realise everything is in our hands.
"I hope to be back in the team for the Birmingham game, and I think that we will be really fresh for that, having missed the last couple of games.
"We still have a long way to go this season and I am sure everybody will be ready for it, because we have to be."
