Arsenal are in talks with Roma midfielder Alberto Aquilani, according to the player's agent.

Meanwhile, Wenger is adamant that he will not succumb to the pressure of purchasing a player with a 'huge name'.

"I think a huge player is better than a huge name," Wenger told the club's official website. "You have huge names who produce very little at the moment.

"There is plenty of demand from players who want to join us and what we need next year is two or three maybe. We just need talent."
