Real Madrid starlet Daniel Parejo will not be moving to England in the near future, his agent has confirmed.

Parejo emerged as a possible target for Arsenal after Arsene Wenger sent scouts to check on the youth international, while Queen Park Rangers supremo Flavio Briatore also enquired about him.

Parejo, 21, spent last season playing for Real's second team Castilla and he impressed by reaching double figures in the goals chart.

His agent Antonio Sanz insists the player will not be moving to England but looks set to go on loan to another Spanish club, with Getafe strongly linked.

Offers

"We have received many offers, but the kid is not interested in a move to the Premier League," Sanz said.

"The best option for his future is to go to another Primera Division side, and Real Madrid know the situation."

Parejo is now set to move with an option for a permanent deal and Sanz admits it would be very hard for him to work his way into the Real first-team.

"It is very complicated to continue with Real Madrid because in the first-team there are many in line for midfield and it would be negative for his progression," he said.
