Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger believes that the top four in the Premier League are susceptible to a dip in form which would leave the title race wide open.

The Gunners scored two goals late to beat Hull City 3-1 at the KC Stadium on Saturday to keep in touch with Manchester United at the top of the table.

Wenger's side are fifth, six points off leaders United although the Gunners have played a game more than the champions.

Despite refusing to be drawn over whether his side are genuine title challengers the Frenchman is sure that his team's rivals will drop points before the end of the season.

"United won 1-0 against Wigan, they won 1-0 against Bolton in the last minute, that indicates they can drop points," Wenger told The Times.

"They have a massive squad and that's an advantage for them but of course, if they have injuries they will have the same problems as we have.

Hope

"Nobody is flying through games, Chelsea win in injury-time, Man United in the last minute. It's good because it gives hope to everybody."

The Gunners have coped well without injured captain Cesc Fabregas having won their last three league games but Wenger insists he is not concentrating on the title.

"We do not speak about titles, we speak about being consistent," he added.

"We have good momentum, are on a good run, so let's keep it going. Let's strengthen the belief and keep it going and see where we are in April.

"Then you can speak about it (winning the league) when there's four or five games to go."
