William Gallas has hinted that he could see out his contract at Arsenal and leave as a free agent.

The French centre-half does still have two years left to run on his current deal, but may not be penning an extension.

The former Gunners skipper has fallen under the spotlight for all the wrong reasons this season, with reports of dressing room unrest leaked in one his controversial outbursts.

He was stripped of the captaincy in the wake of one such blast and has looked a shadow of the commanding presence he once was.

Speculation has suggested that a number of Ligue 1 clubs are willing to take him home, with Paris St Germain just one of those believed to have expressed an interest.

However, the 31-year-old has now made it clear that he has no intention of turning his back on Emirates Stadium while still under contract at the club.

"I am concentrating on my future, finishing my contract with Arsenal and seeing where I'll go in two years," Gallas told the French press.
