Arsenal youngster Aaron Ramsey hopes The Gunners can reproduce their blistering Cardiff City display against Burnley in the FA Cup on Sunday.

The north Londoners emphatically booked their place in the quarter-finals of the competition with a 4-0 success over the Championship outfit at the Emirates.

Arsenal have already tasted cup defeat to Burnley this season following their 2-0 loss in the League Cup at Turf Moor in December.

Ramsey, who played in last season's FA Cup final for The Bluebirds, knows Burnley will make their trip to the capital full of confidence.

"We are at home again against Burnley and we know all about them after they knocked us out of the League Cup," explained Ramsey.

Not just a Cup team

"They are not just a cup team, they have done well in the league as well, so they will come to the Emirates full of confidence.

"But if we can repeat our performance against Cardiff we will come through it and reach the next round."

Ramsey was a late substitute at The Hawthorns during Arsenal's midweek Premier League win, but is in contention for a starting place against Burnley.

"You would want to play all the games if possible, but I am realistic," he continued.

"I'm still only 18, I know I have quite a bit still to learn yet so I am being patient and just want to take my chance whenever I get it."
