Fabregas: Expects tough game
Arsenal captain Cesc Fabregas says his team must be at their best if they are going to beat Wolves on Saturday.
The Gunners have been on a fine run of form of late and are unbeaten in 12 matches in all competitions, while a win at Molineux would see them jump above Manchester United who take on Chelsea on Sunday.
Fabregas conceded that there are not any easy games in the Premier League, and admits that lower-ranked clubs have upped their game.
"We will have to be at our best as usual because today there are no small teams in the Premier League, everyone makes it difficult if you are not up for it, so we will have to be motivated to beat them," he said.
"It is noticeable that the 'big four' teams have lost a number of matches so far between them.
"In my opinion, that is better for the league because it means other teams are improving.
"Everyone is striving to be better and that is making it difficult for the top teams."
The Spain international also praised Mick McCarthy's side for trying to play football instead of just lumping the ball long, and the 22-year-old hopes this will become a pattern for the future.
"Maybe we are seeing teams throughout the division playing a little more football and trying to make passing combinations," he added.
"We should never forget that people pay a lot of money to watch football and do not want to see players just kicking the ball up into the air.
"I know it is difficult to play one-twos and things like that, but you have to try your best to make the game attractive because people pay to see good football."
Arsenal are hot favourites to pick up a win at Wolves having scored a whopping 14 goals in the last four games, and the Midlands club have let in 18 in their last 11 matches.
