Sol Campbell believes he was unfairly blocked by referee Martin Hansson for Porto's controversial winner against Arsenal.

The Swedish official allowed Porto to take a quick free-kick in their UEFA Champions League last-16 clash after Lukasz Fabianski picked up the central defender's back-pass.

Hansson took the ball from Fabianski and gave it to Ruben Micael, who picked out Falcao while Arsenal were disorganised to score the decisive goal as the first leg ended 2-1 in favour of the hosts.

Campbell is unhappy that the referee gave Porto the advantage by blocking him out of the move that prevented him from aiding his team-mates.

"He's picked the ball up, but afterwards the referee is in front of me and basically giving them an advantage," he told Sky Sports.

"I can't get in front of the ball. He's basically blocked me to get to the ball."
