Defender Leon Cort insists Burnley will not hold back against Arsenal this weekend.

The Gunners are reeling from yet another sickening injury after Aaron Ramsey broke his leg against Stoke last weekend.

The blow came two years after Eduardo suffered a long-term injury following a challenge with Birmingham's Martin Taylor.

Cort insists Arsenal's injury problems are none of their concern and that the loss of Ramsey will not alter their approach at The Emirates.

Fighting for our lives

"We haven't really spoken about that," said Cort on Ramsey's injury.

"We are going to go there and still throw tackles in because it is a physical game and we are fighting for our lives.

"I don't believe anyone goes there to kick them. People know that when they play against Arsenal they have to get in their faces and stop them from playing.

"Maybe Arsene's done it for a psychological advantage. Quite a lot of his players are small and move the ball a lot quicker so there are going to be a lot of mis-timed tackles.

"A lot of teams try to get tight to them and put them under pressure when they get the ball as if they don't they will punish you.

"The only effect it (Ramsey's injury) will have on them is that they are going to want to win the game for him on Saturday.

"We just have to be strong and try to get what we can."
