Elmander: Three-year deal
Bolton have completed the signing of Toulouse striker Johan Elmander for an undisclosed fee.
The Sweden international, who represented his country at Euro 2008, moves to the Reebok Stadium on a three-year deal.
Elmander, 27, joins Bolton with Norwegian international Daniel Braaten moving in the other direction in a cash plus player deal and it is rumoured the transfer surpasses the previous club record fee paid for Nicolas Anelka.
And Bolton boss Gary Megson is delighted to have landed his man after chasing Elmander for six months.
"Johan is a player I have admired for a long time," Megson told Bolton's official website.
"He's a player who will get us goals and also create opportunities for his team-mates.
"I am still on the look out for other players to boost the quality of our squad."
