Lita: Loan extended
Norwich have extended striker Leroy Lita's loan stay from Championship rivals Reading until 1st January.
Lita has scored six goals in his 12 games so far with the Carrow Road outfit and completed his second month in East Anglia during the derby victory over Ipswich on Sunday.
Royals boss Steve Coppell is more than happy to allow Lita to remain with the Canaries for an additional spell.
He said: "The circumstances at the current time more or less mirror those when Leroy first went on loan - our strikers are fit and scoring, and Leroy desperately wants to play.
"He's scoring regularly for Norwich so it's an ideal situation for the player, Norwich and ourselves.
"I also know that if any of our strikers become injured or suffer a loss of form Leroy is right up to game speed and ready to come straight back in."
Lita will not be eligible to face the Royals next weekend but can tackle Watford on Wednesday night.
