Redknapp: Tough start

Portsmouth begin their Premier League campaign with a trip to face Luiz Felipe Scolari's Chelsea on 16th August.

Pompey have a daunting opening to the new season, as after they travel to Stamford Bridge they face a home clash against champions Manchester United.

They then finish August with a trip to Everton.

Boxing Day sees Pompey at home as they host West Ham at Fratton Park.

The final day of the campaign sees them visit Wigan.
