Jamie O'Hara is ready to play through the pain barrier to feature in Saturday's FA Cup final with Chelsea.

Loan star O'Hara aggravated his troublesome back problem during Sunday's 1-0 defeat to Everton after coming off the bench for the second half at Goodison Park.

O'Hara, who missed the semi-final win over Tottenham because of the conditions of his loan move from White Hart Lane, is determined to make Saturday's showpiece at Wembley.

"I am getting myself right and I am having an injection tomorrow (Tuesday) to get rid of the pain," O'Hara told Sky Sports News.

"I should be resting but it is such a massive game and it is something I want to be involved in."

No fear

O'Hara admits Portsmouth have nothing to lose against the newly-crowned Premier League champions as they look to pull off one of the biggest upsets in recent history.

"There has been a lot going on behind the scenes and in a way it has been a bad season for us, but this is a fairytale to get to a cup final against Chelsea and it is going to be a fantastic day for everyone involved at Portsmouth," added O'Hara.

"We are going to go out there with no fear, obviously we have nothing to lose as Chelsea are massive favourites to win the game as they have been fantastic this year.

"It is going to be a tough game and maybe we are going to need them to have an off day, but we are going to be really looking forward to it and we are going to be up for it for sure.

"This week we will be working tactically on how to stop their best players.

"I think we have got a chance if we can defend right and ride our luck and maybe we are going to need Chelsea to have an off day."
