Tottenham Hotspur have announced that Steven Caulker has put pen-to-paper on a new contract with the club.

The 18-year-old has inked fresh terms that will keep him at White Hart Lane until 2013.

Caulker spent last season gaining experience on loan at Yeovil Town, where he tallied 46 appearances.

The England Under 19 central defender impressed at Huish Park and has now been rewarded with an extended deal at Spurs.
