Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini has revealed Vladimir Weiss is poised to join Bolton on loan.
As revealed by skysports.com earlier this week Bolton were leading the chase for the highly-rated Slovakian and they are set to beat Wigan and a number of other clubs to his signature.
Mancini is happy to loan out Weiss so that he get some valuable first-team experience under his belt.
Weiss, who is tipped for a big future at City, is keen to leave on loan as he looks to safeguard his place in Slovakia's squad for this summer's World Cup finals.
The move will be something of a coup for Bolton boss Owen Coyle as he looks to bolster his squad for the fight against relegation.
The move has still to be finalised between both clubs, but is expected to go through early next week.
