Kamara raring to go

Fulham new boy Diomansy Kamara is determined to take the Premier League by storm.

Kamara completed a £6million move from West Brom to Fulham earlier on Monday to become Lawrie Sanchez's third signing of the summer.

The 26-year-old striker was unable to lead The Baggies back to the top flight last season despite scoring 23 goals.

West Brom were keen to keep Kamara but finally relented and he is now looking to prove that he can be successful at the top level.

"I am pleased that we have been able to reach an agreement between the two clubs to enable me to play for Fulham in the Premier League next season," he told the club's official website.

"It was a disappointing end to my time at West Bromwich Albion when we did not gain promotion, but I am certain they will achieve that, hopefully next season.

"When the opportunity to sign for Fulham came up, it was just a question of making sure we could agree everything and I'm delighted that is finally done, and I can concentrate on next season, back in the Premier League."
