Gera: Decision close
West Bromwich Albion midfielder Zoltan Gera is set to make a final decision on his future next week.
Gera will shortly be out of contract at the Hawthorns, but has been offered a deal to stay following the club's promotion to the Premier League.
However, he has been linked with several other top-flight clubs and has also claimed interest from Portuguese giants Benfica.
The Hungarian is currently on international duty, but could announce his decision before next week's friendly with Croatia.
The 29-year-old's agent Sam Stapleton admits it is still 'wide open' as to who Gera will be playing for next season.
"I think by early next week we should know something," Stapleton told the Express & Star.
"It's still wide open at the moment, but we're hoping to narrow it down in the next couple of days with a view to making a decision early next week."
North West rivals Bolton Wanderers and Wigan Athletic are among the latest clubs to have been linked with a bid for Gera, who has spent four years with West Brom.
