Derby defender Jermaine Johnson has extended his contract at Pride Park.

The first-year professional, who was on the books at Chelsea as a schoolboy, signed a short-term deal during the summer after two years with the Rams academy.

The teenage defender has now agreed a deal until the end of the season.

Johnson spent most of the first half of this season on loan at Blue Square North side Stafford Rangers to aid his development.
