Reports suggest free-agent James McFadden is training with Wolves as the striker looks to rekindle his career after being released by Birmingham this summer.
The Scotland international has been linked with a move to the Molineux side since Monday after Mick McCarthy declared he would be willing to look at any suitable free agents.
The 28-year-old recently recovered from a cruciate knee ligament injury sustained against Liverpool that kept him out for 13 months.
McFadden scored 14 goals in his 88 appearances for the Blues since he joined in January 2008.
