Mark McGhee's Motherwell drew 1-1 against his former club Wolves as Burnley boss Owen Coyle enjoyed a winning return to St Johnstone.

Steve McGarry gave Motherwell an early lead at Fir Park, but striker Sylvan Ebanks-Blake secured Wolves a draw with a 20th minute equaliser.

Burnley rounded off their pre-season tour of Scotland with a 3-1 win at St Johnstone, with Martin Paterson, Ade Akinbiyi and Alex MacDonald on target.
