Miller: Set for start

The Baggies recorded their first away win of the season at Middlesbrough and they will be keen to maintain their momentum against Fulham.
Tony Mowbray is without South Korean midfielder Kim Do-Heon after he picked up a medial ligament injury at The Riverside last weekend.
Ishmael Miller is expected to replace Do-Heon in the starting line-up alongside Roman Bednar in attack.
Chris Brunt (hamstring) and Abdoulaye Meite (calf) are both still missing for the home side.
