Peterborough welcome Premier League West Brom to London Road for a third-round FA Cup replay on Tuesday.

Following a 1-1 draw at The Hawthorns, Posh manager Darren Ferguson is confident his League One side can cause an upset on home soil.

Ferguson is hoping to take advantage of the wretched away form of West Brom, who sit bottom of the top flight after failing to win away since September.

The Baggies, though, will also have high hopes of booking a fourth-round date with Queens Park Rangers or Burnley after dispatching Posh in both the FA Cup and Carling Cup at London Road last season.

Team news

Peterborough will be without on-loan midfielder Andrew Crofts, who is cup-tied after playing in an earlier round for parent club Gillingham.

Defender Chris Westwood has joined Cheltenham on a month's loan, while Liam Hatch has returned to League Two Darlington on loan until the end of the season.

Fellow striker Scott Rendell is back in contention, after his similar move to Cambridge fell through, and Ferguson's only long-term absentees are Jamie Day (back) and Shane Blackett (shoulder).

West Brom boss Tony Mowbray has been hit by a major blow following the news that key midfielder James Morrison will be sidelined with a hamstring injury.

Filipe Teixeira (calf) could feature, but there are concerns over Gianni Zuiverloon, who is struggling with a knee problem.
