Leicester City have eased their goalkeeping concerns by bringing in Carl Ikeme on a month-long emergency loan deal from Wolves.

The Foxes' regular No.1 Chris Weale suffered a shoulder injury at Burnley last weekend and was replaced by Conrad Logan for the Carling Cup win at Leeds United on Tuesday.

Young Hungarian keeper Robert Ambrusics is the only other back-up for manager Paulo Sousa, who has now secured a deal for Ikeme.

The 24-year-old has made 13 appearances for Wolves and has previously been on loan at Accrington, Stockport, Charlton, Sheffield United and QPR.

He could make his debut in the Championship encounter against Reading at the Walkers Stadium on Saturday evening.
