Clark: Terriers face Leeds
Leeds United's trip to local rivals Huddersfield Town is the pick of Saturday's League One fixtures as leaders Norwich City head to lowly Oldham Athletic.
Colchester United and Swindon Town face tricky away trips in their respective bids for promotion, while the division's bottom two meet at Edgeley Park.
The early kick-off on Saturday sees Simon Grayson take his Leeds side to the Galpharm Stadium to tackle a Huddersfield outfit without a defeat in 10 games and with the only unbeaten home record in the division.
Norwich left it late to overcome Southend in midweek and the table-toppers travel to Boundary Park to meet an Oldham side which slipped back into the relegation zone after losing at Leeds.
Colchester's bid to boost their own promotion hopes was hampered by the weather in midweek and the Us head west to tackle Bristol Rovers.
Swindon are now on an unbeaten run of 12 games and the promotion hopefuls are away at Leyton Orient, who have yet to lose at home in 2010.
Millwall are on the fringes of the play-off zone and play host to Hartlepool United, while MK Dons are away at Yeovil Town.
At the bottom of the table, Stockport will be chasing just a second win in 20 games as Gary Ablett's men entertain Wycombe, who are 23rd in the standings.
There is another relegation six-pointer at the weekend as Exeter City, who lost at home to Stockport last weekend, travel to Brighton & Hove Albion, who won at Charlton on Tuesday night.
Carlisle United and Gillingham are two teams who are not yet safe and they meet at Brunton Park, while Tranmere Rovers go to Brentford.
Walsall are relatively comfortable in ninth position and they travel to 11th-placed Southampton who, despite their placing, are only six points outside the bottom four.
