Ipswich Town manager Paul Jewell was pleased with his team's victory over Coventry City in the Championship on Monday evening.
An own-goal from Martin Cranie and further strikes from Keith Andrews and Jason Scotland secured the Tractor Boys an important 3-0 win at Portman Road.
It pushed them up to 13th in the table, four points above the relegation zone, and Jewell was glad to have picked up a home win.
"We played well and certainly in the first half we could have been out of sight really," Jewell told Sky Sports HD1.
"Fair play to Coventry, they kept going. But I thought that we thoroughly deserved to win tonight."
When asked on what pleased him the most in their victory, Jewell said: "The chances we created really.
"We haven't created that many chances this season, especially in the home games, but tonight we passed the ball well and changed the system."
