West Brom: Promotion party
The final day of Championship action promises to be a nail-biting affair with matters still to be resolved at both ends of the table.
West Brom are all-but promoted thanks to their vastly superior goal difference following their 1-1 draw with Southampton on Monday and can clinch the title with victory away to QPR.
Stoke are in pole position to join the Baggies in the Premier League next season and need only a point at home to relegation-threatened Leicester to ensure their elevation, while the Foxes are desperate to take all three points to avoid the drop, with the match being shown live on Sky Sports.
Hull are waiting in the wings to pounce if the Potters are beaten, but need to take all three points away to play-off hopefuls Ipswich, who also need a victory if they are to have any hope of a top-six finish, with the Sky Sports cameras again in attendance.
Watford and Crystal Palace are currently on course to secure play-off places, with the Hornets travelling to Blackpool, who could be sucked into the bottom three, and Neil Warnock's side at home to Burnley.
Wolves can take advantage if either of the teams above them drop points as they prepare to welcome Plymouth to Molineux, although their goal difference is not the most healthy.
Sheffield United have an outside chance of sneaking into the end-of-season shake-up, which is a remarkable achievement given their struggles under Bryan Robson.
But the Blades are up against Southampton at St Mary's, with the home side currently occupying the one remaining relegation place and knowing defeat will see them relegated.
Sheffield Wednesday stand just one point above the bottom three as they prepare to welcome Norwich to what they hope will be a sold-out Hillsborough.
Coventry are also not certain to be playing Championship football next season as they travel to Charlton, whose hopes of a play-off place are already at an end.
Bristol City's automatic promotion hopes faded in the run-in, but they are assured of a top six finish and will be keen to end the regular season in style at home to Preston.
FA Cup semi-finalists Cardiff and Barnsley meet again in league action at Ninian Park, but it is the Bluebirds who will be returning to Wembley to tackle Portsmouth on 17th May.
The weekend's final fixture sees relegated Scunthorpe welcome bottom club Colchester to Glanford Park.
