Ramage: Wants maximum points
QPR defender Peter Ramage has set his team-mates the target of maximum points from their next three fixtures.
The ambitious Loftus Road club play host to Southampton on Sunday, live on Sky Sports 1 and HD1, before back-to-back away games against Norwich and Coventry.
Iain Dowie's side, tipped as promotion favourites due to their vast financial resources, have lost just once in their opening four fixtures.
Former Newcastle defender Ramage is happy with how they have begun the season, but is now looking for three wins in quick succession.
He told the club's official website: "I think it's been an encouraging start.
"We obviously had a little blip at Sheffield United but apart from that I think we've done alright.
"I think if you'd given us that at the start of the season we would have taken it, but we've got to kick on from that. We can't let the good start go to waste.
"The next three games we should be targeting nine points.
"That's no disrespect to the teams that we're playing but that's the standards we've set ourselves with the start we've had."
