Pearson: Busy boss
Leicester have allowed Conrad Logan to join League Two outfit Luton on loan until 10th January, subject to Football League approval.
The 22-year-old keeper has fallen down the pecking order at the Walkers Stadium, with Paul Henderson and on-loan shot-stopper David Martin ahead of him in Nigel Pearson's plans.
And he has once again been allowed to seek regular first-team football elsewhere.
Logan spent the entire 2007/08 season with Stockport, helping the Hatters secure promotion to League One via the play-offs.
Pearson told the club's official website: "Conrad wants to play first-team football and, with two other good goalkeepers here, I felt it would be best for both parties if he went out on loan and gained further experience."
Having agreed to let one his players leave, Pearson could be about to welcome a new addition.
Former England international Chris Powell is currently training with the club in an attempt to earn a full-time contract.
The veteran full-back was released by Charlton at the end of last season and has already failed to win a deal at Bournemouth this summer.
Meanwhile, Andy King has penned a new three-year contract with the Foxes, keeping him at the club until 2011.
The 19-year-old is a product of the club's academy system and has risen through the ranks into the first team fold.
He has started both of Leicester's League One games to date, and enjoys the full support of his manager.
Pearson said: "Andy has worked extremely hard during the time I have been at the club and he has earned his place in the first team.
"He played a lot of reserve team fixtures during pre-season, but he kept his head down and worked his way into the side.
"He is an excellent young prospect and we are delighted that he has committed his future to the club."

Crystal Palace boss Neil Warnock is keeping tight-lipped on reports he wants to sign Matty Fryatt.
Milton Keynes Dons boss Roberto Di Matteo has scooped the League One Manager of the Month prize.
Leicester's Matty Fryatt scored a hat-trick to fire his side to a 3-2 win over Dagenham in the FA Cup.
Leicester, Millwall and Scunthorpe all avoided upsets to book a place in the third round of the FA Cup.
Leicester City will be confident of progressing in the FA Cup at the expense of Dagenham.
