Leicester City manager Sven Goran Eriksson is taking a look at a trio of trialists after they featured in Wednesday's 3-2 reserves win over Derby County.
Frenchmen Aristoti and John Ayina along with Czech David Balazovic all played 45 minutes as the Foxes reserves edged a five-goal thriller at Belvoir Drive.
Aristoti and Balazovic, who began his career with Banik Ostrava in his homeland, are defenders while Ayina has come through the ranks at Paris St Germain.
Meanwhile, on-loan midfielder Michael Johnson came through the 90 minutes unscathed and the Manchester City player could come into contention against Brighton on Saturday after recovering from a knee problem.
However, one man who will not be featuring against The Seagulls this weekend is Paul Gallagher after he damaged ankle ligaments in their 1-1 draw at Barnsley.
The 27-year-old landed awkwardly on the raised perimeter of the Oakwell pitch and twisted his ankle towards the end of the first half, forcing him to be replaced by Andy King after the break.
A scan on Monday revealed the ligament damage, which is expected to keep the ex-Blackburn Rovers man out for between three and five weeks.
Gallagher could be back for the trip to Birmingham on 16th October following the next international break.
