League One remains relatively unaffected by the international break, with 20 teams in action this weekend.

While the top two tiers in English football turn their attentions to the quest for World Cup qualifying glory, it's business as usual for those further down the league pyramid.

Hereford claimed their first win of the new season against Crewe last week and will be keen to build on that success when they welcome Swindon to Edgar Street.

The Bulls' clash with the Robins gets the latest round of fixtures underway as they come face-to-face on Friday night.

Peterborough, who have yet to get to grips with life in League One, and Bristol Rovers then go under the spotlight on Saturday lunchtime as their London Road encounter is screened live on Sky Sports 1 and HD1.

Leeds have yet to ignite and will want to give the Elland Road faithful something to cheer about when they play host to Crewe, while early pacesetters Oldham face a tricky trip to Prenton Park to take on Tranmere.

Brunton Park plays host to a battle between two sides who suffered play-off semi-final heartache last term as Carlisle face Southend.

Brighton remain unbeaten four games in but will face a stern test of their credentials when rejuvenated Scunthorpe arrive on the South Coast.

Walsall look to defend an unbeaten home record against Leyton Orient, while Millwall will be desperate to make up for their slow start when they entertain Hartlepool.

Roberto Di Matteo's MK Dons have settled nicely into life at this level and will be in confident mood heading into a game against Yeovil at Stadium:MK.

Rock-bottom Huddersfield were tipped to be among the promotion challengers this season but remain winless after four games.

However, they could finally get off the mark this weekend when they welcome out-of-sorts Cheltenham to West Yorkshire.
