Carlisle United striker Kevin Gall is weighing up offers to move abroad after his loan at Lincoln City was cut short.

Gall joined the Imps in July on a deal until the New Year after turning down a permanent switch to Cheltenham Town.

However, he failed to score in 11 appearances for Lincoln and has been sent back to Carlisle by Imps boss Peter Jackson.

With his Carlisle contract expiring at the end of the season, the 26-year-old is considering opportunities to play in America and Australia.

Coming to peak

"I'm really disappointed that it didn't work out for me at Lincoln and I'm very sad to be leaving," Gall told the Lincolnshire Echo.

"But as one door closes another one opens and I've got to try and now do what's best for Kevin Gall. I'll go back to Carlisle and first and foremost I'll knuckle down there and try to force my way back in.

"It's just a case of assessing my options really, because I've had offers from Australia and America, but I'm not going to rush any decision.

"I have to think what is best for me, because I'm 26 now and I'm coming up to that peak age, so the next year is going to be vital for me."
