Skysports.com understands that Swindon are poised to sign Frank Nouble on loan from West Ham.
The teenage striker is regarded as an exciting prospect for the future but is not part of manager Gianfranco Zola's immediate plans.
He was loaned out to West Brom in February for more regular football and has only recently returned to Upton Park.
The Hammers are prepared to let Nouble go out again and are close to agreeing a one-month deal with Swindon.
Danny Wilson's Robins are pushing for promotion from League One and will hope Nouble can help fire them into the Championship.
