Brighton have confirmed the signing of Kazenga LuaLua on loan from Newcastle until Christmas.
The 19-year-old winger completed a return to the Withdean Stadium on transfer deadline day having enjoyed a successful spell with the Seagulls last season.
It had been hoped that LuaLua would be available to play in Wednesday night's Johnstone's Paint Trophy clash with Leyton Orient but the paperwork could not be submitted before the midday deadline.
LuaLua made 11 appearances for Brighton last term, helping them climb the League One table, while he also spent the end of the 2008/09 season on loan at Doncaster.
He played in Newcastle's Carling Cup win over Accrington last week, which was his 13th game for the Magpies since joining their Academy in 2007.
