County bring in Rovers midfielder

The promising youngster, a Republic of Ireland Under-21 international, is able to play centre midfield, wide on the right or up front.
Judge signed a new contract with Blackburn last summer to keep him at Ewood Park until 2011.
In 2008/09 he had a loan spell in the Championship with Plymouth, where he scored twice in 17 appearances. He impressed enough for Argyle to take him back the following season and he played a further 40 games scoring on five occasions.
