Rovers retain on-loan duo

On-loan duo Dave Wheater and Kevin Horlock will stay at Doncaster for another month.

19-year-old Middlesbrough defender Wheater has played five times for Rovers since joining in February and scored his first senior career goal in the 2-0 win over Gillingham last month.

Ipswich midfielder Horlock, who, like Wheater, joined on an initial one-month deal, has added some much-needed experience to Dave Penney's side and has yet to lose a game in Doncaster's colours.

Meanwhile, former striker Ben Jackson, who played three times in total for Rovers, has signed a permanent deal with Scottish side Inverness Caledonian Thistle after impressing on trial.
