Skysports.com understands Leyton Orient are hoping to beat the loan deadline to sign Doncaster midfielder John Spicer.
Orient have lined up a deal to bring the former Arsenal youngster to Brisbane Road before the 5pm deadline.
Spicer has struggled to hold down a regular place in Sean O'Driscoll's side this season and Rovers are happy to loan him out so that he can get some regular action under his belt.
The 26-year-old is set to sign a loan deal until the end of the season and his arrival will provide Geraint Williams' side with a boost as they look to secure their League One status.
