Gradi turns down Rose
Former County stopper unable to make an impact at Gresty Road

Dario Gradi will continue his search for defensive cover for Crewe after rejecting the chance to sign trialist Jordan Rose.
The former Stockport defender trained with the Railwaymen last week and featured in their pre-season game at Wealdstone last Monday.
But despite showing plenty of promise, the veteran coach was of the opinion the stopper would need too much time to make the grade at Gresty Road.
"The Stockport boy might be all right for us in a year's time as he was decent, but we could do with someone who can go in now," Gradi told The Sentinel.
"I'm looking for a quick young player with a bit of height who I can get on loan, although I don't have any names at the moment."
Crewe were beaten at the weekend by Paulo Di Canio's Swindon side 3-0, further highlighting their need to improve the heart of their defence.
Josh Gowling and Chris Hogg have also auditioned for the positions over the summer, only to be jettisoned by Gradi.
It is now thought he will explore the option of bringing in a player on-loan from the Championship or Premier League who can play or challenge for a first-team spot instantly.
