Gradi glee as strikers hit form

Crewe manager Dario Gradi has hailed the performance of strike partners Shaun Miller and Ajay Leitch-Smith after beating Oxford 3-1.
Miller's brace and a second-half strike from Leitch-Smith meant Liam Davis' late effort was nothing more than consolation for an unfortunate U's side who went down 3-1.
Gradi said: "We were superb in the first half but surprised we didn't do better in the second.
"I was really pleased with how the whole team played but the revelation was the combination play of our front pair - they couldn't cope with Ajay and Shaun.
"But we were under a lot of pressure in the second half. We held up well but I don't want a second half like that again so we have something to learn.
"Oxford were by far the strongest team we have played so far this season and we withstood a lot of pressure from them so to get three points is very good. We don't look suspect on set plays at the back any more and we look like we have goals in us so it is very encouraging."
