Gillingham defender Barry Fuller is doubtful for this weekend's home game with Burton after aggravating a knee injury.

Fuller lasted 90 minutes in the 6-1 win at Hereford despite suffering a first-half knock in a collision with Yoann Arquin and could be rested having played every minute of Gillingham's season so far, keeping new signing Matt Fish sidelined.

Hessenthaler said: "Barry Fuller is struggling with his knee and has had a problem for a while.

"He's going to be sore for a few days and is a doubt for the weekend."
