Bradford boss Phil Parkinson insists the club's fortunes will not turn round overnight, but believes they are heading there.
The Bantams picked up a point in Parkinson's first league game in charge thanks to a last-gasp equaliser from substitute Ross Hannah at Morecambe.
"I've got a lot of work to do and there are a lot of things we need to improve. But that will be done stage by stage. It won't happen overnight," Parkinson told the Telegraph and Argus.
"I have found so many good people at this club this week. So many are prepared to give everything they've got for the cause of Bradford City on and off the pitch.
"There are a lot of people pulling in the right direction. I just hope we give it time and supporters will see a gradual improvement."
