Skysports.com understands MK Dons have agreed a deal to sign Brentford forward Charlie MacDonald.
The Dons have moved for MacDonald as a replacement for West Ham target Sam Baldock.
MacDonald's future has been the subject of speculation in recent days after he was left out of the squad completely against Exeter, prompting talk he could be heading for the Griffin Park exit.
The 30-year-old is currently behind Gary Alexander and Clayton Donaldson for a place in the Bees' attack and Uwe Rosler is prepared to let MacDonald move on.
MacDonald is expected to go straight into the MK Dons side for the clash with Stevenage on Saturday.
